Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university is required.
• Licensed Clinical or Counseling Psychologist in the State of Ohio is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct counseling and therapeutic interventions to patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop personalized care plans addressing psychological and emotional challenges.
• Deliver brief psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and personal counseling using individual, conjoint, and group modalities.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare team members to integrate behavioral health into patient care.
• Coordinate patient discharge plans and referrals to community resources and social services.
• Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments to determine the nature and extent of mental disorders.
• Document screening outcomes and provide feedback to patients and the care team.
• Educate patients and families about behavioral health conditions, coping strategies, and treatment plans.
• Provide case management to ensure continuity of care, including referrals to specialized services.
