Qualifications

• Class A CDL in resident state with tanker endorsement.
• End dump operating experience required.
• At least 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience and a clean driving record.
• At least 21 years old.
• Current DOT medical card and ability to meet DOT physical requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and road test.
• Willingness to travel and remain away from home for two to three weeks.
• Availability to work six days per week and 55-65 hours per week.
• Residence in designated hiring area; ability to park equipment at approved location.
• No DUI or DWI in past three years; no DOT drug/alcohol violation in past three years.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer with tanker or end dump equipment.
• Load, transport, and unload materials per procedures.
• Travel and stay away from home 2–3 weeks.
• Work six days per week, 55–65 hours weekly; comply with DOT hours.
• Operate manual and automatic transmissions as required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects.
• Maintain logs, tickets, reports, and maintenance records.
• Keep truck/trailer clean; perform basic maintenance.
• Communicate with customers and operations team; schedule changes.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions promptly.
