Calnin & Goss LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution from both the office and the field. You will work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to manage drawings, schedules, materials, costs, quality, and project documentation.

For this role, a four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required, along with a strong emphasis on safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A four‑year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent technical training and experience).
• A strong appreciation for safety, ethics, and quality, with the ability to support site safety efforts and follow applicable codes and standards.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and equipment, with a desire to build deeper technical knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience supporting documentation such as submittals, RFIs, schedules, reports, and cost tracking.
• Willingness to be hands‑on, splitting time between the office and active construction sites to support project delivery.
• A growth mindset, someone who is curious, dependable, and eager to learn, aligned with Calnin & Goss values of humility, grit, and teamwork.
