Job summary

Ace Pipe Cleaning, part of Carylon Corporation, seeks an experienced CIPP Operator in St. Louis, MO. You will operate and troubleshoot robotic tap cutting equipment and perform reinstatement work inside lined sewer systems.

Expect 75–90% travel, 40+ hours weekly, and pay between $28–$35 per hour, negotiable by experience, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in lateral service reinstatements.
• Willingness to travel 75–90% of the time.
• Experience operating reinstatement cutters inside lined sewer systems.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate reinstatement cutters inside lined sewer systems.
• Proficient in tap cutting and maintaining robotic tap cutting equipment.
• Document hourly data and abnormal operation conditions.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance (greasing, filters, etc.).
• Report malfunctions or unsafe conditions and follow safety procedures.
