Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled Carpenters to build, modify and finish telecommunication shelters and related structures across Nevada and surrounding states.

The role requires experience in residential or commercial carpentry, safe work practices, and the ability to read blueprints. Travel is required on a regular basis, with overtime possibly available and a living out allowance offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have current OSHA 10 certificate or obtain shortly after hire.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial carpentry.
• Proficiency with carpentry tools, equipment and construction methods.
• Experience in concrete finishing is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Construct and finish telecommunications shelters and support structures.
• Perform framing, drywall, roofing, insulation, flooring and interior/exterior finishing work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment per policies.
• Be willing to assist other team members as needed.
• Follow safety policies and site requirements.
