Job summary

H.J. Martin and Son is seeking Traveling Carpenters to join our nationwide installation teams. This role requires travel across the country, installing display counters, casework, and fixtures for big-box retailers and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with new construction and/or remodels for nationwide big box retailers/general contractors preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel full-time.
• Experience leading crews is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build display counters, gondolas, cash wraps, pallet racking, graphics, and retrofit installation.
• Installation of casework, countertops, and metal racking, along with fixture installation.
• General carpentry experience and knowledge required.
• Use and maintain hand tools, portable power tools, and stationary power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
