Job summary

McGough is seeking a Carpenter to assist the Foreman on day-to-day activities for all stages of the project in Minnesota. This role requires a hands-on approach to foundational, framing and finish carpentry tasks on complex projects.

Candidates should be prepared to travel regularly and to uphold our safety standards while supporting Lean initiatives and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward thinking.

Responsibilities

• Forming of foundations, wall, columns, decks, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, doors, hardware, and millwork.
• Support and follow standard work.
• Participate and support implementation of Lean and continuous improvement culture.
• Strongly promotes and supports our safety policy.
