Responsibilities include controlling schedules and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation while traveling up to 85% of the time.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification within the past 2 years is required.
• Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS) and HVAC controls.
• Technical expertise in electrical systems, commissioning, and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee installation subcontractors and Controls Technicians during commissioning.
• Maintain client communication to address concerns and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks for smooth execution.
• Organize and maintain all project contract documents.
