Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traveling Bridge Foreman to lead bridge construction crews on heavy civil transportation projects.

The Foreman will supervise daily field operations, coordinate manpower and equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while projects stay on schedule. This position requires strong leadership and hands-on experience with concrete structures, formwork, piles, and reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bridge construction experience, including supervisory roles.
• Must read and interpret plans, specs, and grade information.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise bridge crews in daily construction activities.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work to maximize productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT safety requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
