Job summary

Union Bank of VT & NH in Vermont is seeking a full-time customer service oriented teller to handle daily transactions and assist customers with account opening and branch support.

Role requires willingness to travel between Stowe, Berlin, Hardwick, and Morrisville to cover staffing needs. Training will be provided; prior banking experience is helpful but not required, and strong tech and cash handling skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service (via prior work experience or other methods).
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Demonstrated cross-selling skills.
• Mathematical and computer competence.
• Completion of Principles of Banking course.
• Aptitude for keeping up to date with all current services and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and provide friendly, accurate customer service.
• Assist with opening accounts and branch office support as trained.
• Travel between Stowe, Berlin, Hardwick, and Morrisville to staff branches as needed.
