Job summary

A leading construction firm in Indiana is seeking a Safety Manager to provide support and ensure compliance with safety standards across multiple projects. The role includes assisting in the development of a zero-injury safety culture, conducting jobsite inspections, and facilitating training for new project employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of safety experience in construction, OSHA 30-hour accreditation, and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time traveling position.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of safety experience or equivalent education and experience in construction.
• Ability to effectively communicate safety standards.
• Working knowledge of safety/environment principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project safety programs.
• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections.
• Facilitate training sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and generate reports.
• Maintain records of safety meetings and violations.
