United Contractor Services is seeking a Construction Site Safety Manager to lead safety programs, training, and compliance across active job sites. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, daily program execution, and a culture focused on keeping teams safe.

The position requires 4+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications, and bilingual English/Spanish fluency, with regular out-of-state travel. Base salary is contingent on experience and qualifications.

The Opportunity:

We're hiring a Construction Site Safety Manager who brings a strong work ethic, sharp problem-solving instincts, and a genuine commitment to keeping our people safe. This role is central to how we operate - you'll be the driving force behind safety training, compliance, and a culture where every employee goes home the same way they came in. A key priority is ensuring that both office and field personnel are fully trained in all applicable safety programs, protocols, and federal and state regulations.

This role requires regular out of state travel.
