Menta Education Group is seeking a Traveling Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to assess student development and contribute to IEPs for behavioral growth. This direct-hire role requires BACB certification and state licensure, with local and regional travel to multiple IL locations.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and overseeing intervention plans, training staff, and compiling progress reports to document outcomes. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification are required.
• Experience as a behavior or autism specialist is preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess student development and contribute to IEPs for behavioral growth.
• Travel to multiple school locations to support initiatives and interventions.
• Conduct FBA assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans with fidelity.
• Train staff on interventions and data collection methods.
