Qualifications

• Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors.
• Manage day-to-day operations and solve problems.
• Track job costs and predict monthly revenue streams.
• Issue change orders to subcontractors.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of construction techniques
