Qualifications
- Knowledge of industrial systems and controls is required.
- Solar experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates leadership potential within a construction environment.
- Willingness for frequent travel to various project sites.
- Must be able to conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
- Expected to continually participate in ongoing efforts to enhance personal job mastery.
Responsibilities
- Report to Crew Foreman and provide full support for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.
- Actively participate in team efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and company profit.
- Prioritize safety and efficiency in every task.
- Be available for travel to project sites.
