Job summary

OVME is seeking a Master Aesthetic Practitioner to perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures nationwide. The role involves neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and related aesthetic treatments for a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates hold NP or PA licensure, are licensed in multiple states, and can travel 100%. You will educate clients, maintain thorough records, and stay current with advancing techniques and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of injecting experience with proven success in developing and sustaining a 1M+ client portfolio.
  • 100% travel role.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license.
  • Licensed in all states or willing to get licensed in all states.
  • Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
  • Trained across a wide range of dermal filler portfolios.
  • Proficiency in advanced dermal filler techniques with needle and cannula.
  • Experience with threads, PRP/PRF, Kybella, and laser devices.
  • Ability to document before-and-after photos for outcomes.
  • Discuss cost of treatment plans with clients.
  • Discuss performance metrics and demonstrate clinical and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand aesthetic concerns and medical history.
  • Perform Neurotoxin and Filler injections to achieve optimal results while ensuring safety.
  • Maintain detailed records in the client management system.
  • Stay up-to-date with cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Cross-sell other OVME products and services on a consultative basis.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and potential side effects.
  • Identify and manage treatment complications, escalating when needed.
  • Maintain sterile, safe treatment rooms and comply with OVME standards.
  • Ensure licenses and CME training are current and renewed.
