Job summary

Tindall Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a Travelift operator for our precast production facility. You will move concrete members from finishing area to storage and assist bed crew with duties when Travelift is not in use.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Safety rules and quality processes are mandatory for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver Travelift to finishing area and from finishing area to storage yard.
• Wait for helper to hook-up member.
• Wait for helper to position wooden blocks before stacking member.
• Stack member without damaging or breaking the member in appropriate location in storage yard.
• Keep finishing area clear daily, moving all completed members to storage.
• Perform other duties for pour when Travelift not needed, such as dry finish or rework.
• Fill out maintenance checklist daily and report travelift issues to maintenance.
• Fill out member storage location report and submit to scheduler daily.
• Carry wire mesh and long rebar into production areas.
• Unload miscellaneous from trucks (wire, rebar, forms, etc.).
• Rotate panels for sandblast into A-racks, lower pieces, and move to storage yard when done.
