MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a contract in Winchester, Virginia. This role involves 13 weeks of travel assignments with 40 hours per week, days shift, and comprehensive benefits through MedPro.

The position requires completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program, state registration, and ARRT certification, with preferred 2 years of X-Ray Tech experience, especially in critical care settings.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for diagnostic imaging exam.
• Produce x-ray films for diagnosis.
• Instruct patients on correct positions for accurate images.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Maintain a patient-focused, safe care environment.
• Promote and maintain safety initiatives.
