ERSG is partnering with one of the country's largest Renewable Energy Owner/Operators to grow their team of traveling wind technicians.

This is a 100% traveling position and would be a great opportunity for a recent wind school graduates or experienced wind technicians looking to travel and for long term career growth. Training will be provided. Starting in January 2026!

Position Summary

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on wind turbines
• Perform work following company safety protocols and procedures and using appropriate PPE
• Use all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Participate in training and education as needed

Requirements

• MUST HAVE 1+ years' experience in Wind OR graduated from a Wind Program
• Authorized to work in the US
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for extended periods
• Ability/willingness to work at heights
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Career minded - looking for long term opportunity and development
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug-screen, and background check
• Valid driver's license
