Job summary

DCSL is seeking a Warehouse Project Manager to lead physical warehouse operations at a designated facility, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling of customer products from inbound receipt to load-out.

You will direct day-to-day floor activities, manage third-party rigs and teams, keep the WMS synced with the floor, and drive continuous improvements in workflows across multi-site locations. Travel to nearby sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, material handling, logistics, or related field.
• Experience directing third-party rigging/handling crews and holding vendors to safety/performance standards.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Experience with rigging principles and safety handling for heavy equipment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inbound/outbound activities.
• Solid understanding of OSHA requirements and safety culture on the floor.
• Ability to document inspections and movements in a WMS.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to DCSL warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process for customer product, coordinating offload, receiving, and inbounding for accurate documentation.
• Manage third-party rigging, handling, logistics, and moving teams; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with approved providers, maintain bench with current insurance/qualifications; escalate if needed.
• Report building issues to Facility Ops Manager and assist resolution.
• Direct warehouse layout, staging plans, storage, and equipment placement.
• Oversee load-out operations to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing product; document damage or discrepancies per protocols.
• Enforce safety standards across all warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with Program PM to align execution with customer needs and timelines.
• Keep WMS and equipment digital twin updated in real time.
• Perform inventory audits; support new site launches and onboarding.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties to support operations; travel to other sites if needed.
