Job summary

Barton Associates, Inc. seeks a board-certified vascular surgeon for a 30-day locum assignment in Illinois, starting June 1, 2026. You will perform open and endovascular procedures in a Trauma Center, with a daily census of 5-10 patients and about six outpatient elective cases.

Epic EMR is used; Illinois license required (IMLC not accepted). Travel expenses and mal­practice insurance are provided, with a dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in vascular surgery.
• Active Illinois medical license (IMLC not accepted).
• Epic EMR experience.
• Clean background required.

Responsibilities

• Perform open and endovascular procedures.
• Provide care within a Trauma Center environment.
• Manage an average daily patient census of 5-10.
• Conduct approximately 6 outpatient elective procedures.
• Collaborate with a strong support staff including APPs and nursing.
