Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Vascular Sonographer for a contract assignment in Salem, New Hampshire. This 26-week travel opportunity offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, providing exposure to a variety of clinical settings.

Active ARDMS certification is required, along with 18 months of ultrasound experience. You will work both independently and as part of a team within a supportive agency network that covers credentialing fees and housing options.

Qualifications

• Active ARDMS certification required
• Must have 18 months of working experience as an Ultrasound Tech
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Performs noninvasive ultrasound examinations, demonstrating the skills and knowledge to assess technical data reflective of patient status relative to age and specific needs, and to assist in the interpretation of same, providing preliminary impressions as appropriate.
• Delivers quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Works effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
