Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing - Radiology seeks a travel Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) for a 13-week assignment in Madera, CA. The role covers Echo/Vascular imaging with 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a travel employment arrangement.

The position requires an accredited Ultrasound Technology program, at least one year of experience, BLS, and a valid state ultrasound license. Additional ARDMS/CCI credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent Ultrasound Technologist experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound scans of general and vascular studies with accuracy.
• Prepare and position patients for examinations and ensure comfort.
• Analyze sonograms for diagnostic purposes and maintain image quality.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment.
• Document procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate imaging into care plans.
