Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Vascular Sonographer for a Concord, New Hampshire assignment. The position requires vascular lab experience, NH licensure, and BLS certification. You will work 40 hours per week, with 10-hour shifts and rotating weekend call, servicing outpatient and select inpatient exams.

The lab is small, with opportunities to float to affiliated Concord Hospital locations as needed. Prior Cerner EMR experience is a plus, and strong unit-specific competencies are required

Qualifications

• Active NH license required at submission (temp license possible).
• 2 years of dedicated vascular experience in acute care vascular lab setting within last 6–9 months is preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Registered Vascular Sonographer (CCI) or Registered Vascular Tech (ARDMS).
• EMR experience with Cerner preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound exams for primarily outpatient cases with some inpatient exams.
• Possibility to float to Concord Hospital locations as needed.
• Work in a small lab with 3 full-time and 2 per-diem sonographers, servicing outpatient and inpatient scenarios.

MUST have NH License in hand
Shift: 7-5:30pm with Wednesdays off with rotating call approximately every 4th or 5th weekend from 8am -2pm.
Patient Age Groups: Mostly Adults. Very Rare Peds- Would consider traveler w/o Peds exp 2 year minimum in acute care vascular lab setting - Ensure unit specific experience within last 6 months! Tentative approval if same-unit experience within last 9 months and you feel certain their competencies are up-to-snuff.
Submission Requirements: WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles) Up to date resume that includes 2 years of dedicated Vascular experience Skills Checklist matching specialty Active NH license required at time of submission (can apply for temp license at same time applying for perm) BLS, Registered Vascular Sonographer by CCI or Registered Vascular Tech by ARDMS. Licenses verification RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner- experience preferred not required Will take 1st time traveler- Yes if they have 2 years in a dedicated Vascular Lab We are a small lab with 3 full time sonographer and 2 per diem sonographers. We do mostly outpatients with some inpatient exams. Rarely have to go portable.
