Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer in the ultrasound specialty is needed at a healthcare organization on nights. This position involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures with a focus on vascular imaging, supporting clinical teams, and providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer), NH Molecular Imaging and Radiologic Technology (NH MIRT) licensure, at least one year of clinical ultrasound experience with exposure to general, vascular, and OB‑GYN sonography.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) and OB‑GYN, experience in the operating room with ultrasound procedures, and over one year of experience beyond education.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing procedures such as thoras, paras, FNAs, liver and renal biopsies, drainages, thrombin injections, and breast needle placements. Candidates should demonstrate a hardworking, motivated personality with excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively and independently, and adherence to department policies. Opportunities for extra shifts may be available within the department, and there may be opportunities for ultrasound specialties such as breast ultrasound if desired.
