Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Atlantis, Florida. The role requires RDMS and RVT certification with 2+ years of hospital ultrasound experience. You will work nights on a 3x12-hour schedule with 36 hours per week in a 472-bed acute care facility.

Facilities include GE 1.5T Discovery 450, X-Ray, MRI, and CT machines. You must hold BLS, license if applicable, and be able to work independently, with weekends and nights

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required
• RDMS and RVT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience as an Ultrasound Tech required
• ACLS preferred but not required
• Must be able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment utilizing sound waves to create diagnostic images of internal body structures
• Create and interpret images of bones, organs, and tissues to support accurate diagnostic assessments
• Ideal candidate is a critical thinker who is flexible and adaptable
• Must be willing to work weekends and nights
• Must be able to work in a high-demand hospital setting
