Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound studies in ER settings across hospital and freestanding facilities in Pittsburgh, PA. The role emphasizes patient care, safety, and timely imaging in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has ARDMS certification, at least 1 year of post-graduate experience, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with staff, patients, and management. PRN opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification (Ab or OB preferred).
• Valid driver's license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Pass health screenings including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort with abdominal, OB, and vascular scans.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices and apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound studies per accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to calls.
• Coordinate arrival time and be on-site within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow safety standards when operating equipment.
• Maintain client facility work areas and records.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
