Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Travel Ultrasound Technologist to cover a 13-week assignment in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role requires 1 year of ultrasound experience, BLS, ARDMS RDMS AB/OB/GYN, and state licensing where required.

You will perform scanning, prepare rooms, assist physicians, maintain records, and support PACS workflows, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts. Travel-friendly benefits and weekly pay accompany this assignment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ultrasound tech experience required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• ARDMS certification for RDMS AB/OB-GYN required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and identify areas of concern.
• Prepare exam room and assist radiologists with procedures.
• Report abnormalities to medical staff promptly.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and report malfunctions.
• Conduct scans and document results in patient records.
• Use McKesson PACS to store and retrieve images.
