Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• ARDMS in OB, NE, BR, AB.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform ultrasound examinations including abdomen, OB, GYN, breast and vascular imaging.
• Evaluate, synthesize and communicate diagnostic information to referring physicians and radiologists.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of patients in the Imaging Department.
• Troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and liaise with service engineers for repairs.
• Perform general diagnostic radiology procedures as needed.
• Cross-train into other imaging modalities as required.
• Organize daily work schedule and perform related clerical duties, including scheduling patients.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and the healthcare team.
• Follow established departmental procedures and protocols.
