Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a contract assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers a 13-week assignment with a 36-hour work week, consisting of 12-hour day shifts in a hospital setting.

Qualified candidates must have ARDMS certification, an associate or bachelor's degree in sciences with anatomy coursework, and BLS. This travel opportunity features competitive pay and SHC benefits as part of the staffing partnership.

Qualificações

• Active ARDMS certification required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate imaging equipment, and review images to be sure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis.
• Identify normal and abnormal imaging results, communicate a summary of the results to physicians/health professionals, and alert them to urgent problems.
• Prepare patients for procedures and educate patients throughout the ultrasound exam.
• Review patient medical history, record imaging results in patient records, and coordinate care with various departments within the facility.
