Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Saint Louis, Missouri. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and evenings shifts. You will perform ultrasound studies, assist Radiologists, and maintain records.

Requirements include ARDMS, BLS, and 1 year of experience; state licensing may be required. The position is with a national travel staffing leader offering weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ultrasound experience.
• ARDMS (RDMS AB) certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and identify areas of concern.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist Radiologists with procedures.
• Report abnormalities to medical staff promptly.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and report failures.
• Perform scans and document results in reports.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS for image storage.
