Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. This position requires expertise in adult and high-risk obstetrics ultrasound in a busy imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ultrasound examinations including abdomen, pelvis, and small parts.
• Conduct vascular studies and assist in procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
• Adhere to isolation precautions and professional safety protocols.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in ultrasound imaging.
• Fully certified with ARDMS in Abdomen and OB/GYN.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ultrasound examinations, including:
  • Abdominal Aorta, Breast, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas
  • Pediatric Abdomen/Pelvis, Spleen
  • 1st Trimester OB/GYN
  • Small Parts: Breast, Testicles/Scrotum, Thyroid
  • Vascular Studies: Aorta, Carotid, Duplex, etc.
• Experience with specialized equipment including GE, PACS, and Philips systems.

Work Schedule

• 36 hours per week, working three 12-hour shifts over the weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday).
• Shift: 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM.
• RTO: Maximum of 7 days allowed for requests.

Additional Information

• Candidates must have experience working in emergency departments and with high-risk obstetrics.
• Local candidates are accepted, but first-time travelers will not be considered.
• Scrubs: Navy blue, not provided.
• Interview availability is required within 72 hours of submission.
