Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) in Richmond, VA to operate ultrasound equipment and produce high-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. Minimum requirements include ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification, 2 years of ultrasound experience, BLS, 2 years hospital experience, and OB/GYN certification.

Shift hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• National certification from ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
• 2 years of experience as Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer.
• BLS Certification.
• 2 years of hospital setting experience.
• OB/GYN certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images for physicians.
• Support physicians in diagnostic procedures and patient care.
• Work within a hospital setting during assigned shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM).

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• BLS Certification
• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• OB/GYN certification
