Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment in Wichita Falls, Texas. The role requires ARDMS certification and 18 months of experience, with a 14-week contracted period at 36 hours per week on 12-hour daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Active ARDMS certification required.
• 18 months of working experience as an Ultrasound Tech.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs noninvasive ultrasound examinations, demonstrating the skills and knowledge to assess technical data reflective of patient status relative to age and specific needs, and to assist in the interpretation of same, providing preliminary impressions as appropriate.
• Delivers quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Works effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
