Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for outpatient radiology services. The candidate should have at least 2 years of ultrasound experience and ARRT certification, with RDMS competency.

Epic EMR and PACS experience are required, along with outpatient setting background and a valid license where applicable. The role covers a 495-bed regional facility with a variety of patient ages and complex imaging procedures, including vascular studies and OB/Gyn exams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound/sonography experience.
• BLS and ARRT certification (RDMS AB) required.
• ARRT RDMS OB certification preferred.
• Outpatient setting experience required.
• Inpatient, ER, Level 1 Trauma, Neonate, and NICU experience preferred.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient ultrasound services in a radiology department.
• Patient population includes neonates to geriatrics.
• Daily caseload of 10-15 patients.
• Performs general imaging ultrasound including thyroid and venous extremities.
• Procedures include general, abdomen, OB/Gyn, renal/pelvis, and small parts ultrasound.
• Vascular studies include Doppler, upper/lower extremity venous, and M‑Mode.
• Uses PACS system and Epic EMR.
• Preferred experience with Siemens and Acuson equipment/scanners.
