TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment in Warrenton, Virginia. The position runs for 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts, and a travel-based schedule. The role demands accurate image acquisition and timely reporting to physicians.

The US Tech will operate equipment, prepare exams, educate patients, and ensure records are properly maintained. Requires 1 year experience, BLS, ARDMS, and state licensing where applicable; travel stipend

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience.
• BLS certification and ARDMS (RDMS AB) are required.
• State licensing may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about ultrasound procedures.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and document findings.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist Radiologists with procedures.
• Report abnormalities to medical staff.
• Maintain equipment and report service needs.
• Record patient information and use PACS system.
