Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Ultrasound Technologist (Gen/Vascular) for a 13-week assignment in Dillon, Montana. You will perform ultrasound scans, prep patients, and deliver diagnostic images while collaborating with clinicians. Requirements include accreditation in ultrasound technology, 1 year experience, BLS, and an active ultrasound license.

ARDMS/ARRT are preferred. Travel benefits and comprehensive coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate imaging into patient care plans.
• Prepare and position patient for accurate imaging while prioritizing comfort and safety.
• Perform clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations of general and vascular studies.
• Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment per safety standards.
• Apply technical expertise and critical thinking to perform sonographic procedures.
• Work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
