Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Denver, CO. The role requires 1 year of experience, BLS, and ARDMS certification with state licensing where required. 40 hours weekly, days shift, travel position with a tax-free stipend TBD.

Responsibilities include performing ultrasound exams, preparing rooms, and assisting Radiologists, while ensuring accurate documentation and patient care. Benefits and weekly pay are offered by TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of ultrasound experience.
• BLS and ARDMS certification required, ARDMS (RDMS OB/GYN) preferred.
• State licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families regarding procedures.
• Identify and observe areas of concern with ultrasound.
• Prepare exam room and assist radiologists with procedures.
• Report abnormalities to medical staff for immediate attention.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and report issues.
• Conduct scan tests and write reports of results.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Operate McKesson PACS system.
