Qualifications

• RDMS or equivalent credential required.
• Proficiency performing general ultrasound imaging (abdomen, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Recent clinical experience in general ultrasound, preferably within an acute care setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to new environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality general ultrasound exams and procedures on diverse patient populations.
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately.
• Accurately document findings and collaborate with radiologists and physicians for diagnosis.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and monitor for optimal performance.
• Uphold safety protocols, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
• Support patient-focused care and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
