Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a contract assignment at a partnering hospital in Helena, Montana. The role requires ARDMS certification, an associate or bachelor's degree in sciences/anatomy, and BLS certification. Candidates should have 2 years of recent experience.

The position offers a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, and travel benefits. SHC provides comprehensive benefits and 24/7 support for travelers.

Formación

• Active ARDMS certification required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate imaging equipment, and review images to be sure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis.
• Identify normal and abnormal imaging results, communicate a summary of the results to physicians/health professionals, and alert them to urgent problems.
• Prepare patients for procedures and educate patients throughout the ultrasound exam.
• Review patient medical history, record imaging results in patient records, and coordinate care with various departments within the facility.
