This position requires flexibility to work 10-hour days, up to 40 hours per week, and willingness to travel to different sites. Strong certifications and NM licensure are expected, with on-call duties and adherence to QA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Technology program or equivalent.
• One year of ultrasound scanning experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid state licensure if practicing in New Mexico.
• DMS by MIRTP NMEDBLS certification via AHA required; certification within 1 year: ARRT abdomen RDMS ARDMS OB/GYN RDMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations and support imaging staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in quality assurance.
• Adhere to safety standards and imaging protocols.
• Maintain flexibility to work across shifts and sites and aid in patient assessment and data storage in PACS.
