American Traveler has an immediate opening for a Telemetry RN (Stepdown) in Keene, New Hampshire. This travel assignment offers competitive pay and benefits with a focus on personalized service and stability from an established agency.

Responsibilities include monitoring high-tech telemetry equipment, caring for patients recently released from ICU, and performing timely interventions. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays; travel bonuses and housing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of telemetry nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Active RN license as required by New Hampshire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association is required.
• ACLS certification through AHA is recommended and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vitals and telemetry equipment; interpret alerts and intervene as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and coordinate with the care team and family.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate patient status during rounds and shift changes.
