Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Reno, NV. You will provide comprehensive cardiac monitoring, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care on a 12-hour day shift.

The role requires 1 year of Telemetry experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits and competitive pay are included, with support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN.
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms and vitals, responding to abnormalities.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments focused on cardiac care.
• Supports physicians during cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort in the telemetry unit.
• Documents nursing assessments and patient responses to interventions.
