Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This travel RN position requires 1-2 years of acute care experience and involves 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and travel employment.

As a TELE Travel Nurse, you will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and other vital data, interpret readings, and communicate with the medical team as needed. Additional certifications may be required before beginning the assignment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years acute care experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required.
• Telemetry monitoring and patient data interpretation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor telemetry equipment.
• Interpret and record electronic displays, identify irregular readings.
• Notify medical team and initiate corrective action for adverse data.
