Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse in Highlands, North Carolina. This 13-week assignment requires a RN with 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS, BLS, CPI, and the ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a travel basis.

Responsibilities include bedside care, monitoring telemetry equipment, recognizing abnormal readings, and timely communication with the care team. Benefits include weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' recent acute care experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, CPI certifications required.
• Travel RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care for telemetry patients.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and patient vital signs; document observations.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and alert the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring results.
