Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Prescott Valley, AZ, with 36 hours per week on a night shift. Start date 10/05/2026. Eligible for comprehensive travel benefits and a dedicated clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of telemetry experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications to support high-quality cardiac care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments focused on cardiac care.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Documents patient health status and interactions in the chart.
• Provides patient education on cardiac health and disease prevention.
