Travel Telemetry RN – Night Shift Opportunity

Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in a Telemetry/CIU setting, with night shifts (4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks, 2 of 4 major holidays). You will float to med/surg and overflow units, and may cover CRMC/MGMC EDs as needed. Must live >50 miles from the facility; Arizona license or compact license required.

COVID vaccination and booster are required after submission. Must disclose employment gaps greater than 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months.
• Strong cardiac telemetry background required.
• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips.
• MS/Tele travelers do not need prior travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for ED hold patients awaiting inpatient bed placement, primarily MS/Tele, with more telemetry patients than medical patients.
• Titrate cardiac drips like Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone per physician orders.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips and monitor patient vitals and symptoms.
