Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN Telemetry in Springfield, Missouri. The position starts on 10/12/2026 for a 26-week assignment with 48 hours per week, primarily night shifts (1900-0700). This travel role requires an RN license in Missouri, BLS, NIHSS, and telemetry experience.

Float rotation may be required, and pay includes a tax-free stipend with housing options and benefits. Travel reimbursement and 24/7 support are provided by Cross Country Nurses.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in Missouri or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• NIHSS must be obtained before start date.
• At least 1 year of telemetry nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records, inpatient telemetry, and drug titration.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process across all age groups.
• Coordinate patient care with ancillary departments to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Be flexible with schedules and shift rotations; orientation on day shift.
