Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado. This role involves caring for telemetry patients on a night shift, with a 12-hour schedule and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

The contract is travel-based, with a start date of 09/28/2026 and a 13-week duration. The RN will perform independent nursing functions, assess patient health, develop and implement care plans, and comply with state regulations.

Qualifications

• ASN nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Relevant unit or service certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide independent nursing care and assess patient health.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Execute delegated medical tasks per state regulations and facility policies.
• Document clinical information according to guidelines and ensure accuracy.
• Float to other departments within scope of competency as needed.
