Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN for a night shift contract in Georgia. You will work in a 4M Cardiovascular unit, providing telemetry-focused care to cardiovascular patients and handling IVs and PICCs. Requires 18 months telemetry experience, GA/Compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS on start.

Epic EMR proficiency is required; schedule features 3x12-hour nights totaling 36 hours per week with a 30-minute meal break; no on-call.

Qualifications

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand.
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required, NIHSS certification required upon start
• Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience required
• Proficiency with IV insertion and PICC lines
• Epic EMR experience required
• Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Work in the 4M Cardiovascular unit of a hospital setting
• Telemetry patient population
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break included in shift
• No on-call requirements
• Float to other departments and facilities, including a nearby hospital location, as needed based on department rotation
• Provide telemetry-focused nursing care within a cardiovascular unit
